Access diagnostics mode on your Handheld Transmitter

If the receiver detects an error, you can access diagnostics mode on your remote device to diagnose the issue. It's important to keep the receiver powered on when an error happens. If you power off the receiver, the error clears and you won't be able to diagnose it.

To access diagnostics mode:

  1. Put your device in configuration mode.
  2. When you're in configuration mode, press the left and right buttons at the same time to enter diagnostics mode.

In diagnostics mode, you can see the firmware version of the receiver. If the remote shows No Link to Controller, the receiver may not be powered on or the remote hasn't been matched with the receiver.
